SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Rise Mundelein Lounge x Hitoki Lasers Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on November 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Green Thumb Industries (GTI), 325 W. Huron, Chicago IL 60654 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. These Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States residing in Illinois, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families (which include spouses and parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of Illinois and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:
- Via Instagram: To enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram, you’ll first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”) or log-in to your Instagram account. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com to create one. Instagram accounts are free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, you cannot create an Instagram account or participate in these Sweepstakes via Instagram. Additionally, to enter via Instagram, your account must be set to public.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may follow @risemundelein and @HitokiLaser, then locate and like the official sweepstakes post (“Sweepstakes Post”) and tag two (2) friends that are over the age of 21 at time of entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
- Via In-Store Entry Form: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may visit RISE Mundelein at 1325 Armour Blvd, Mundelein, IL 60060 during regular business hours, locate an official entry form, then complete the form by providing their First Name, Last Name, email address, and phone number, and deposit the form in the box provided to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period, in addition to one (1) entry per person per day in store during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of up to eight (8) possible entries. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. You may only use one (1) Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes. Any entries received from any person or social media account in excess of the limitation stated above will be void.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to take place at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via Instagram comment and/or direct message, or via email or phone call to the email address or phone number provided on the entrants in store entry form, and will be required to respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours from date of initial notification. If any Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable Prize.
PRIZE: A total of 1 (one) prize ( “Prize”) is available. The winner will receive one (1) of the following Prizes, selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) Hitoki Trident Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $350 .00 USD.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Class Certificate is subject to issuer Terms and Conditions.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer the Prize or redeem the Prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize; and (c) to the use of their name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.
MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or Instagram posts or stories, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or Instagram posts, the announcement of the Prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes including but not limited to war, strikes, health crisis, epidemic, pandemic, civil disturbances, work stoppage, and/or acts of God, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Illinois.
