NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Please read these Official Rules before entering the RYTHM Presents: STS9 @ Brooklyn Bowl Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility. Sweepstakes is open to legal United States residents residing in Pennsylvania who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees or independent contractors, or immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or those living in the same household of employees or independent contractors of Green Thumb Industries (GTI) (“Sponsor”, “we”, or “us”) and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advisors, or advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).
Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes starts on August 29, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, you’ll first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”) or log-in to your Instagram account. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com to create one. Instagram accounts are free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, you cannot create an Instagram account, or participate in this Sweepstakes. Additionally, to enter, your account must be set to public.
During the Sweepstakes Period, you must log-in to your Instagram account, follow @rythm_official, locate the official sweepstakes post, tag one (1) person who is 21+ and include the hashtag #Rythm_Sweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All comments must be posted from a non-private social media account. You may enter multiple times and will receive one (1) entry for each person tagged.
The content of your entry will not be judged and will therefore not increase or decrease your chances of winning a Prize. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. You may only use one (1) Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes. Any entries received from any person or social media account in excess of the limitation stated above will be void.
REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
- Is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity.
- Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message.
- Is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted entries.
- Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others (excluding those of Sponsor), without permission; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses.
- Contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission
- Contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission.
- Contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead.
- Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
- Violates any law.
By submitting an entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on Sponsor’s websites and social media platforms. Entrant agrees that the Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any entry and may remove any posted entry at any time.
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes.
Prizes. There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available. The Prize consists of:
- Two (2) admission tickets to the STS9 concert currently scheduled to take place on September 12, 2024 at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia located at 1009 Canal Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19123;
- The opportunity for winner and one (1) guest to attend a VIP Meet & Greet with STS9; and
- Artist signed merch (items to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $150.
Any and all transportation to/from the concert and any corresponding accommodations will not be provided by Sponsor and will be the winner’s sole responsibility. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Winner and their guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of Prize.
Prize Conditions. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize will be fulfilled by Sponsor. If you are selected as the potential winner, Sponsor will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the Prize. Winners will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the Prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by a winner in receiving or using the Prize.
Prize Drawing. The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via Instagram comment and/or direct message and will be required to respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours from date of initial notification. If any Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not: (a) respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notice being provided; or (b) meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Official Rules. The Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warrant of mercantability). Limit one (1) Prize per person.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions. By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion and advertising agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize; and (c) to the use of their name, voice, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use.
Additional Terms. Sponsor may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change these Official Rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should unauthorized human intervention, epidemic, pandemic, an Act of God or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (y) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void.
Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. If you win a Prize, you may not substitute, transfer, assign, or redeem the Prize for cash. Sponsor may substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Winner agrees (for themself and their heirs) that, by accepting the Prize, the Released Parties will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final.
Choice of Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Illinois.

Winner’s List. Winners will be announced on Sponsor’s Instagram feed @rythm_official at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
